Anti-Skid Kit from B3

Anti-skid kit, ideal for windsurfing boards, very easy to use, suitable for 2 boards.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE ANTI-SKID:

-11 cm foam roller and applicator bucket.

- Fine body tape

- Sandpaper grain between 150-220

- Solvent

- Kitchen strainer (medium)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mark the outline of the anti-skid with the masking tape 2.

2. Clean the remains of the old anti-skid.

3. Clean the possible remains of dirt and eliminate the dust produced in the sanding of the treated surface.

4. Mix the varnish.

- For one application: mix ½ bottle of each product in a small container and let it stand for 5 minutes.

- For two applications: mix both bottles in a medium container and let it stand for 5 minutes.

5. Apply the varnish with the help of a roller (try to leave a very uniform layer without excess of product).

6. Once applied the varnish, throw the powder with the help of a jar with a wide mouth and some stockings. This will allow us to control the amount of powder on the surface.

7. Check against the light the distribution of the powder (shiny areas indicate that more powder is needed. The treated area should be matte)

8. Once the process is finished, remove the masking tape and let it dry, 1 day in summer and 2 days in winter. In case of drying through a board oven, the drying time is 2 hours.
