Materials and construction

• Quad-Tex ripstop: a durable, stiff and strong canopy fabric.
• Code-Tec-95p trailing edge: slightly heavier than Quad-Tex, but with a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio that allows one layer to replace two layers of Quad-Tex. This reduces overall weight and improves responsiveness.
• Blended Dacron leading edge: stiffer material in the central section maintains rigidity and control under higher loads, while more flexible Dacron toward the wingtips enhances torsional flex and steering response with reduced elongation.
• SK99 bridle lines: lightweight, low-stretch lines for more direct steering and improved aerodynamic efficiency.
• TPU strut bumpers: protection for high-wear areas with minimal added weight.
• Profile Lock Seam: helps hold the canopy profile and draft position for stability and a consistent feel over time.
• Diagonal load seams: transfer steering input through the canopy and struts for a tighter, more responsive bar feel.
